The 2011 Singapore Grand Prix, formally the 2011 Formula 1 SingTel Singapore Grand Prix, is planned to be the fourteenth round of the 2011 Formula One season. The race stands for the earliest point that ruling World Champion Sebastian Vettel can claim his second World Drivers' Championship. Vitantonio Liuzzi was given a five-place grid penalty for the race for leading to an accident on the first lap of the Italian Grand Prix.
